FAQ

The questions worth asking.

Straight answers on how we work, what you'll own, what things cost, and where a human stays in the loop.

Getting started

Two things, under one idea. We run digital marketing, SEO, Google and Meta ads, and organic video, and we build automation and AI systems into the way a business runs day to day. What connects them is the approach: we start with how the business actually operates, find where time and revenue leak out, then build the right fix. Sometimes that's a marketing engine, sometimes an automation, usually a bit of both.

No. That's our job. We handle the technical side end to end and explain what matters in plain terms, so you can make decisions without needing to know how any of it works under the hood. You're never handed a system you don't understand how to use.

Established, founder-led businesses that have real, growing revenue but are starting to feel the limits of how they run, leads waiting too long for a reply, work bottlenecked on one person, reporting that takes days. If you rely on marketing and operations to grow, and the process is starting to hold you back, that's exactly where we help.

Smaller businesses often benefit most. The whole point of a good system is that a small team can produce the output that used to need a much larger one. We build things scaled to where you are now, not enterprise complexity you don't need yet.

A $500 diagnosis. We review your marketing, tools and workflow, find where the real bottlenecks are, and give you a prioritised roadmap of what's worth fixing first. You keep that roadmap whether or not you go further with us. Request an audit to start.

AI & automation

No, and we'd push back if that were the goal. The point isn't fewer people; it's that people stop spending their day moving information between tools and chasing routine tasks. We automate the repetitive work so your team spends its time on judgement, relationships and the decisions that actually need a person. Where a call carries real risk or value, a human stays in the loop by design.

We build for that from the start. High-stakes actions, sending a proposal, publishing something, approving a spend, are set up so the system prepares the work and a person gives the final approval. Low-risk, reversible tasks can run on their own. Every system has logging, fallback behaviour and clear escalation paths sized to how much a mistake would actually cost.

Yes. You own the systems, you can access them, and you can see inside how they work, no black boxes you can't get into if we're no longer involved. We're explicit about this before we build anything.

It does if it's done lazily, and that's most of the reason people distrust it. We don't paste generic output into your site. Where AI helps with content, it's working from your actual voice, your material and your data, with a human editing the result. If a job is better done by a person, we don't force a tool into it.

Common builds include instant lead capture and response, lead qualification and routing, automated follow-up on stalled deals, customer reactivation, CRM data hygiene, and reporting that assembles itself from across your platforms. It connects into tools you already use, CRMs, ad platforms, spreadsheets, messaging, rather than adding another place to work.

Marketing

Full marketing services, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and organic video content. Automation makes the work sharper and faster behind the scenes, but the service itself is proper hands-on marketing, run by someone who's done it for over a decade. See marketing pricing.

Yes, and it's where marketing and systems meet. We can build the channels that bring leads in and the system that captures, qualifies and follows up with them so none go cold. The marketing fills the top of the funnel; the automation makes sure nothing leaks out of it.

Data, pricing & working together

Your data stays yours. We work in environments where your information is kept private to your business, and it's never used to train public models without your explicit consent. We're clear up front about what any system can access and why.

Yes, a system nobody uses is a system that failed. We train the people who'll work with it day to day and document how it works and what to do when something's off, so it keeps running whether or not we're involved.

Marketing runs on clear monthly retainers. AI work starts with the $500 diagnosis, then is scoped and priced from there, you approve the cost before anything is built. Full detail is on the pricing page. Nothing is quoted before we understand the work.

It depends on the work. Marketing typically follows a three-to-six-month arc. Operational automation often pays back much faster, a system that removes hours of manual work each week starts earning the day it goes live. We agree what "working" looks like, in numbers, before we build.

Request an audit. We'll talk through where you're stuck, and the $500 diagnosis gives you a clear read on what's worth fixing first, whether or not you work with us after.
