We're a small, senior team. There are no layers to hide behind and no account managers relaying messages, which means the people we work with tend to be the kind who take something on and see it all the way through.
We care less about a perfect title match than about how you think. Engineers, operators, marketers, strategists, if you've looked at how a business runs and found yourself itching to fix the root cause rather than patch the symptom, that's the instinct we hire for.
